戴夫在 Pro Football Support 开始了他的职业足球之旅，担任区域经理，他与英格兰 30 多个职业足球学院合作，例如英超联赛的伯恩茅斯队和哈德斯菲尔德队，为 7 至 16 岁的球员进行体能测试并提供个性化训练计划。戴夫后来在 FC Halifax Town 工作，他是团队的一员，负责在俱乐部建立一所新学院，同时担任一线队助理体能教练。这一职位最终帮助球队在温布利球场夺得足总杯冠军，这是俱乐部历史上最大的成就。2016 年，他搬到新加坡，在 ESPZEN 担任高级教练，主要负责 6 至 10 岁的球员；在戴夫的工作中，ESPZEN 为 8 岁以下年龄组设立了最多的球队。在 2017 年底短暂担任项目经理后，他决定于 2018 年 2 月离开足球学校，加入安迪，创办英国足球学院。 Dave 拥有利兹都市大学的体育教练学士学位、FA 2 级和青年模块执照，并拥有超过 15 年与年轻球员合作的经验。

Ashraf has competed as a player in the Singapore Football League Division 1 and 2 over several seasons and brings over 10 years of coaching experience working with youth from both local and international academies and schools in Singapore. He holds a Diploma in Sports Coaching, is a current AFC B Licence candidate, and is certified with the Scottish FA Level 1 Coaching qualification. Ashraf has led youth teams in various local and international tournaments and leagues, building a strong track record of team development and success. A lifelong learner of the game, he is passionate about helping players reach their full potential by creating a safe, supportive environment where they are encouraged to enjoy the game, embrace mistakes, and grow. With a proven ability to elevate individuals and teams, he continues to make a meaningful impact on and off the pitch.
